Method of Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected by our Company through various methods depending on the services provided by our Company and the commercial activities thereof. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board specifies a fee for the requests, our Company will charge the fee according to the tariff determined by our Company.

In this context, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: a) Learning whether your personal data is being processed, b) Requesting information if your personal data has been processed, c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are being used for their intended purpose, d) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred, whether domestically or internationally, e) Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and requesting that the correction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred, f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law and other relevant laws, even if they have been processed in compliance with the law, in case the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, and requesting that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred, g) Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the individual by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automatic systems, h) Demanding compensation for damages in case personal data is processed unlawfully and causes harm.
